A talented Crewe college student with cerebral palsy performed among big names, at a popular Cheshire music and sports festival.

The 11th annual 'Chester7s' estival recently took place at Winnington Park Rugby Club, Northwich.

The musical aspect of the Cheshire festival included performances from established names such as K-Klass, Dave Pearce, Sash!, and Scott Mills.

A track Jake produced - 'So Real' - was played on Sarah Story's Future Dance show on BBC Radio 1. This was also the first track he released on a record label.

Jake said: "I like my music to have an uplifting vibe with huge energy, that replicates my positive personality.

"I have Cerebral Palsy which means I DJ and produce music from my wheelchair.

"This does not stop me in any way. I'd like to think I could be a role model and the first of many disabled individuals to pursue a career in music.
