My client are an innovative software development company delivering mission-critical Azure hosted software in their respected sector. Their collaborative and fast paced environment utilises Agile methodologies to deliver cutting edge solutions for their diverse customer base. They are seeking Lead C#.Net Software Developers to join their dynamic and innovative software development team. You will play a critical role in the development of their proprietary software applications.They are currently building Software Development squads so you will be the Lead Developer for one of the squads. The ideal candidate will have a background in C# and Microsoft .NET technologies and a proven ability to thrive within an Agile environment. You must have a "can-do" attitude to complement their team. In this role, you'll be actively involved in 60% greenfield development projects and 40% of maintenance work. You will: Collaborate with a small team of developers in a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery. Develop and maintain software for large-scale systems with long life cycles, tailored to multiple customers with varying configurations. Apply your technical expertise in C#, .NET Core (primarily), ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
