The Opportunity: As Commercial Business Partner, you ll take full ownership of revenue reporting, margin performance, and commercial analysis across multiple international markets. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, your insights will drive critical decision-making and contribute to ongoing business success. - Lead on all aspects of revenue performance reporting and commercial analysis.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports focused on volumes, margins, and product performance.
- Provide data-led insight to support growth strategies and business decisions across multiple territories.
- Partner with finance, sales, and operational teams to drive process improvement and ensure revenue accuracy.
- Support cross-functional projects, including reporting enhancements, system improvements (e.g. Tableau), and commercial due diligence for new markets or acquisitions.
- Identify risks and opportunities, offering recommendations to optimise revenue outcomes.
- 3+ years experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in delivering actionable insights and driving financial performance.
- Process improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
