Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant

Salary: 25k- 26k + bonus (OTE = 30k- 33k)Location: CreweHours: Mon-Fri (9am-5:30pm) + every other Saturday (10am-4pm) (time back in Lieu or additional holidays granted for Saturdays worked)

The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant: Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds. Manage stock of properties Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price adjustments or other concessions to help properties sell Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis, and deliver timely, accurate and high quality customer service. Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services Assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives. Some valuation opportunities might be available on a limited basis for qualified candidates. Be an excellent ambassador for the company, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews

The Key Requirements of the Sales Negotiator/Property Marketing Consultant: Property Sales - 1 year (preferred) Full UK driving license (essential) Excellent sales ability Confident and self-motivated personality Brilliant organisational and time management skills
