Absolute Recruitment are looking for a friendly and skilled Cut & Crease Operator to join their client based in Crewe on the night shift team! If youve got an eye for detail and enjoy working in a supportive, hands-on environment within a manufacturing packaging company this could be the role for you.

Friday night 18 45

Saturday night 18 00

Sunday night 18 00

What Youll Do:

• Set up and run cut & crease machines
• Inspect dies and adjust machines for best results
• Check quality throughout production
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Support and guide less experienced operators
• Keep your workspace clean and organised

What Were Looking For:

• Great time management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow instructions
• Previous experience in a similar role (PMR or manufacturing background)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Cut & Crease machines
• Familiarity with the Avante system

Qualifications:

• Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent
