Senior Node.js Developer

We re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who s ready to take on a key role in developing and running a high-scale, multi-environment SaaS product. If you love working with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS in a modern microservices architecture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You ll be working on a platform that operates across 70+ Git repositories, utilising Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

We need someone who thrives in complex systems, can mentor junior developers, and enjoys solving big technical challenges.

What You ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Node.js & TypeScript backend systems.
• Taking ownership of key components within a modern microservices architecture.
• Leading by example providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ensuring best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment.

What We re Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js & TypeScript.
• Solid expertise with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3, Kinesis, etc.).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker).
• Experience working with Postgres/MySQL databases.
• A problem solver who takes ownership and thrives in an agile environment.
