Your Role:

• Oversee the Credit Control team, ensuring targets are met and processes are followed
• Lead by example handling key accounts and complex queries
• Coach, support, and motivate the team to reduce aged debt and improve cash flow
• Build strong internal and external relationships to streamline collections
• Report on debtor performance and drive continuous improvements
