- Recruit, induct, and develop a staff team
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational policies
- Lead and manage care and placement planning
- Maintain professional relationships with multi-agency partnerships
- Oversee budgeting and financial management
- Provide professional supervision and training for staff
- Facilitate Ofsted inspections and regulatory reports
