Nee Grace Pat aged 69 years from Crewe passed away peacefully in hospital following a short illness.

The much loved mum of Sarah and Adrian, partner of Kev and a devoted nanner and great-nanner, Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Monday, October 26 at 10.45am.
