The new eatery serves the likes of all-day breakfasts, toasties, paninis, pie and chips, burgers, jacket potatoes, omelettes and freshly-made subs.

Mr Jones told Nub News: "I have always wanted to run a food business. It has been in my family for years and was my mum's dream. All my skills in the kitchen have come from her.

"I have lived in this area for four years and known Crewe all my life. Gem has built a great rapport with people around here, previously working in the Premier shop a few doors down.

"I had been eyeing this unit for a while, but there was no to lease up for ages, When the sign eventually went up, I rang them straight away.

"I thought I would take the dive and put something together for a cafe. If you don't take the jump you will never know if your idea will be a success.

'I am a bit of a perfectionist, we went for a total new look internally and think it looks great."

Serving up to 12 people inside at a time, Bramhall Road Cafe and Sandwich Bar also offers a takeaway service to customers (Nub News).

Open seven days per week, Bramhall Road Cafe and Sandwich Bar opened on the same precinct as Rainbow Cheesecakes and The Wistaston Fryer.

All three business have launched on Bramhall Road within the past 18 months, with Mr Jones believing there is a great "community feel" to the area.

The business owner said: "Our opening couldn't have gone any better. We were busier than I ever could have imagined. It was absolutely heaving and a proud moment.

"After opening at 7am, by 2:45pm we couldn't serve any more breakfasts. We didn't stop throughout the day and were rushed off our feet.

"The cafe has received fantastic reviews and from what we could see, everybody walked out with a smile.

"We believe this a fantastic little local place, to enjoy some nice food and have a chat.
