Are you an experienced Supply Chain Administrator searching for an exciting new opportunity?. This is a temporary assignment until April 2025

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. Your main duties will include:

Processing customer orders with precision, following standard operating procedures. Managing printing, scanning, filing, and archiving customer order and transport packs. Generating credit requests when necessary to resolve any issues promptly. Assisting with various logistics tasks such as data entry, shipping quotes, shipping documentation, and invoice reconciliation. Tracking shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring proof of delivery and maintaining transport databases. Conducting the Customs Pre-entry process based on customer requirements. Handling credit requests for damages or shortages and reviewing transport invoices, reconciling any discrepancies. Contributing to the team's professional and dedicated approach while maintaining a supportive work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in logistics and possess exceptional administrative skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
