Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry. As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the upselling of their services, helping clients enhance their operations and achieve success. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing clients within the logistics sector upselling products, so no cold calling is required.
- Provide tailored recommendations and upsell business services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
- Proven experience in a prospecting or outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of accountability.
