DMJ is working with an LSE-listed logistics organisation who are looking to hire a Legal Executive/Paralegal on a permanent basis to work on a variety of commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.

This is a broad and high-impact role where you'll deliver commercially driven legal advice across the business, while leading the drafting and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, customers, and third parties across all divisions. You'll also play a key role in supporting corporate governance for the Group and its subsidiaries.
