Job title: HVAC Systems Support EngineerJob location: CreweRates: 45,000 - 50,000 per annumShifts: Mon - Fri daysDuration: Permanent roleStart date: ASAPCompany Summary:A global leader in Rolling Stock vehicle manufacturing, service and maintenance.Purpose of the role :To work within the existing Crewe engineering team to facilitate the proposed HVAC internalisation plan for Crewe.Responsibilities: To perform HVAC Overhauls and repairs. HVAC type test and routine testing. Replace unit defects To support the creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the overhaul process. Refrigerant changes and subsequent system redesign Partial and full system redesign To work with the manufacturing supporting with general fault finding and rectification Establishing tooling best practices Responding to safety issues raised with corrective actions To be the lead on overhaul modernisation programs, working with UK and Global teams to facilitate the introduction into the Crewe facility.
