Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
- Producing monthly management reports
- Monthly and annual cost schedules
- Bank Reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Provide customers with regular statements.
- Maintaining cashbook from bank statements
- Posting journals
- Company credit cards and expenses
- Monthly cash flow forecast
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar Finance role - Required
- Actively studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
- Pro-active approach to learning new skills - Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
