Salary: Up to £28K - depending on experience

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Type: In person based from our office in Nantwich (no remote working)

We are an international training organisation and provide online courses and exams alongside classroom training. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the Project Management training industry.

Job Description:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone call, mail and live chat on our website

Assisting with basic accounting tasks

Set up customers with access to their course

Book exams once customers have completed their training

Preparing our on-site training room for classroom courses

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an administrator or similar role

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft outlook suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

· Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
