Taxi and car collide in incident on busy Crewe road

A taxi and car collided outside a new casino on a busy road in Crewe, with no one suffering any injuries.

On Saturday 9 March, Cheshire Police received reports of an incident outside Admiral Casino, Nantwich Road.

Officers were told a blue Toyota Prius 'Take Me' taxi and a grey Renault Clio had collided with one another.

The collision took place on this section of Nantwich Road, with no one suffering any injuries (Ryan Parker).

No injuries occurred in the incident, with no arrests made.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson told Nub News: "At 1.40pm on Saturday 9 March officers were called to a collision on Nantwich Road.

"Officers attended and found the collision involved a grey Renault Clio and a blue Toyota Prius. 

"There were no injuries and no arrests were made."

This is the second reported collision involving a 'Take Me' taxi in Crewe this year (Cheshire Police).
