A pub in Crewe has been officially sold to a new owner, with the venue's current management team to remain in charge until the end of March.
The Cheshire Inn, Nantwich Road, has been operated by Crewe landlady, Zoe Wilkinson, and team, since November 2022.
Since taking on the freehold, Zoe has make an effort to move it away from being just a party venue.
The Cheshire Inn has hosted live music from a local artist on the first Saturday of every month.
It also hosted a quiz night the first Wednesday of every month, with karaoke every Friday night and a cover band the last Saturday of every month.
On Friday 2 February, The Cheshire Inn was sold through Everard Cole.
It is currently unclear what will happen to the venue, with all of its management team set to depart.
Zoe told Nub News: "I can confirm The Cheshire Inn building has now been sold and myself and my team will be here until the end of March.
"We don't have any information on the buyer or their intentions of what to use the building for at this time."
The Cheshire Inn is currently open 12pm until 11pm (Sunday to Thursday) and 12pm until midnight (Friday and Saturday).
