New bubble tea and waffle shop to open in Crewe town centre

A new bubble tea and waffle business is set to open in Crewe town centre, with an opening poster placed in the shop window.

Bobobo will be opening inside 32 Market Street, formerly occupied by Magnolia Hair & Beauty and Job Centre Plus.

The bubble tea outlet, which launched its first store in Stafford town centre in 2022, is owned by Katie Davis.

Bobobo serves a large variety of bubble, teas, milk teas and bubble waffles (Ryan Parker).

Located in-between William Hill and HSBC, work has been going on at the Market Street unit since the beginning of January.

Shutters have been installed at the site, with Bobobo's teaser poster reading: "Hey, Crewe. Get ready to Par-Tea."

Bobobo serves bubble teas in fruit and milk varieties, with lots of extra toppings.

The 2024 Enjoy Staffordshire Food and Tourism awards finalists sell cocktail-influenced fruit and milk bubble teas, along with bubble waffles.

Bobobo also offers a make you own bubble waffle, with options including ice cream, tapioca, toffee pieces, sauce, biscuits and fruit.

Bobobo is expected to open in Crewe town centre this May (Ryan Parker).

The new Crewe town centre business is expected to open this May.
