Let has been agreed for a new potential business in Crewe town centre, situated in between William Hill and HSBC.

The former Magnolia Hair & Beauty, 32 Market Street, is currently under offer with the let agreed for the ground floor unit.

With an offer of the first three months rent for free, this newly renovated commercial property is being marketed by Butters John Bee.

The under offer Crewe town centre unit in the distance from Market Square (Ryan Parker).

Listed for £12,000 per annum, the 968 square feet unit has been promoted as being suitable for retail, cafe or restaurant use.

Butters John Bee say: "A prominent high street retail unit providing ground floor sales with treatment rooms/offices to the rear.

"Previously used as a hair salon, the property would lend itself to a range of retail uses.

"Nearby occupiers include Costa Coffee, HSBC, Subway and Barclays. Rent of just £1,000 pcm (No Vat).

The under offer Market Street unit is located near to big names such as Costa Coffee, HSBC, Subway, Barclays , William Hill and Little Dessert Shop (Ryan Parker).

Crewe town centre's former Post Office, 17 Delamere Street, has also been under offer since earlier this year, with a new occupier expected to move in soon.

The Delamere Street A1 retail unit has been vacant since March 2014, when Crewe Town Post Office relocated into WHSmith, Victoria Centre.

This unit was later split into two with Change Grow Live, drug and alcohol service, taking the smaller of the pair.

Crewe town centre's former Post Office, 17 Delamere Street, has also been under offer since earlier this year, with a new occupier expected to move in soon (Ryan Parker).

17 Delamere Street has been to let under JNI Properties at £22,500 per annum - for 1,429 square feet of retail space.

Both Crewe town centre units are anticipated to have an official rent agreement soon, with Delamere Street expected imminently.
