Job of the Week: a trainee role in credit with a global firm headquartered in Crewe

This week we feature a role for a Trainee Collections Agent with a large Crewe-headquartered company.

The role with Radius Payment Solutions at its global headquarters in Crewe comes with studying opportunities. The company is looking for a recent graduate.

Radius says it will provide full training in its supportive credit environment so the successful applicant can attain a CICM or AAT qualification.

The role includes making daily outbound calls to existing customers to resolve credit issues on their accounts and ensuring records are kept up to date on the system.

Ideal candidates would need to feel comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and working towards targets or KPIs as well as have a good knowledge of excel.

Full-time/permanent Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Competitive basic salary and achievable commission.
