Cheshire Police detectives have charged five Crewe men in connection with class A drug offences - following a long investigation in the town.

All five Crewe men are appearing at Chester Magistrates' Court today (October 13).

The charges relate to an 18-month investigation resulting in three warrants being executed on Tuesday (October 11) and Wednesday (October 12) in Crewe.

Who are the five Crewe men involved?

  • Shane Baillie, 29, of Alton Street, Crewe, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
  • Stephen Barrett, 38, of Ashley Meadow, Haslington, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
  • Aaron Dodd, 31, of Cartwright Street, Haslington, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
  • Daniel Jones, 32, of Pusey Dale Close, Shavington, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
  • James Wilson, 39, of Nantwich Road, Crewe, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

All of the men have been remanded in custody since their arrests.
