A Crewe pizza chain has had a premises license application approved, allowing it to serve food until 2am at weekends and 1am on weekdays.
Last September, Mumtaz Hussain, on behalf of Caprino's Pizza, Nantwich Road, submitted a premises license application to Cheshire East Council.
The growing pizza chain, which opened in Crewe in 2019, had applied to serve late night refreshments from 11am until 3am (Friday and Saturday).
It also applied to serve the late night refreshments from 11am until 1am (Sunday to Thursday).
In December, Cheshire East's Licensing Act Sub-Committee decided 2am was a reasonable hour to remain open on weekends, fully approving its weekday proposals.
