A man and woman from Crewe have been sentenced for supplying drugs.

Thirty-one-year-old Joshua Fletcher, of Earle Street, was sentenced to five years and seven months after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis and ketamine.

Meanwhile, Georgina Tomkinson, 30, of Davenham Crescent, was sentenced to 25 months suspended for two years after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis.

Fletcher was found to have been involved in supplying class A and B drugs between February and June 2025.

In February of that year, a Snapchat account which appeared to belong to Fletcher was used to advertise drugs for sale. This is despite the fact that Fletcher was in prison at the time.

When he was released from prison on 14 March 2025, another account which belonged to him was found, where he posted a picture of himself and his prison release papers.

Still further accounts were found which showed evidence of drugs supply, including posting price lists for cocaine.

In June 2025, a warrant was executed at Fletcher's home address, where a phone was seized containing further evidence of drug supply.

Fletcher was found to have links to Tomkinson, and her address was subsequently searched in November 2025.

Cannabis and white powder were seized, as well as various mobile phones and a paper list of names and numbers. Messages on the phones suggested involvement with the supply of drugs.

Both individuals were subsequently charged.

DS Williams of Cheshire Police said: "Fletcher clearly didn't learn his lesson, posting about his release from prison on social media along with clear evidence of selling drugs.

"But he's now behind bars after a short spell back in the community.

"Both him and Tomkinson underestimated the lengths our officers go to in order to identify individuals intent on blighting our streets with illegal drugs and making sure they are brought before the courts.

"Anyone with information about drug-related activity in their area should contact Cheshire Police by calling 101 or reporting through our website."
