45-year-old Crewe man charged with burglary in Leighton area of town

A 45-year-old Crewe man has been charged with burglary at a Leighton address (Cheshire Constabulary).
A 45-year-old Crewe man has been charged with burglary at a Leighton address (Cheshire Constabulary).

Cheshire Constabulary officers have charged a man in relation to a burglary at an address within Crewe.

Last month (July 21), Paul Hilton of Richmond Road, Crewe, was arrested 21 in relation to a burglary at an address on Verdin Court, Leighton.

The 45-year-old has been charged with burglary and has been remanded in custody.

Hilton will be walking up the steps to Crewe Magistrates' Court (on the left) - later this month (Ryan Parker).

Hilton is due to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court later this month on Monday 22 August. 

Two other Crewe men have recently been charged following an investigation into burglaries within the town.

Last week, Crewe Nub News reported that Jerzy Janczewski, 33, of Walthall Street and Andrew Williams, 45, of Primrose Avenue, Haslington have both been charged with one count of burglary.

The burglary took place at an address on Stalbridge Road.

Mr Janczewski has also been charged with an additional count of burglary on a second address on Stalbridge Road.

Two other Crewe men have recently been charged following an investigation into burglaries within the town (Cheshire Constabulary).

Williams has since been bailed.

The 33-year-old and 45-year-old are expected to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 14 September.
