Swansway Motor Group is delighted to introduce Ruth Green, the new head of Contact Centre Group Operations.
Ruth joins Swansway Motor Group with a wealth of knowledge and a great deal of experience in managing contact operations and teams.
Although Ruth's career started with humble beginnings, over the past 21 years, she has been able to progress into managerial positions - managing a team of up to 250 people across two locations.
Drawn to Swansway by to its reputation, Ruth had heard lots of good things about the working culture.
With Swansway's core values aligning with Ruth's, she was eager to apply for the role when a vacancy appeared.
Ruth has big ambitions for the Contact Centre, despite previously managing teams on a much larger scale, she is excited to get to know her team.
As a self-proclaimed people person, Ruth is keen to encourage progression within a team,
Having been in the same shoes as many other of her team. Ruth hopes to pay forward the chance her managers took on her all those years ago.

Ruth said: "I was so apprehensive on my first day, I'd have gone from being the go-to person, knowing everyone and everything, to being the new girl.
"By lunchtime on my second day, I knew I had made the right decision to take this step."
