Swansway Motor Group excited to say hello to new Contact Centre Team Leader

Amy Stubbs joins the Contact Centre with a great deal of managerial experience previously working in retail management - before moving into a team leader role at a company.
This company specialised in call answering services and Amy spent two years in that team leader's role before deciding to make the jump to Swansway Motor Group.
Having done her research on Swansway, Amy found that Swansway's core values very much matched up to her own.
These values attracted her to the role of Contact Centre Team Leader.
During the interview process, Amy could see these values on display.
When told the purpose of this role was to enact positive change within the team and help the Contact Centre achieve the best results they could, Amy knew she wanted to be a part of that change.
Amy said: "I'm in my third week and I've settled in really well. I'm really starting to find my feet.
"I've been working closely with the team over the last couple of days and I'm enjoying that.
"Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it's been very easy to settle in."
