A large family-run Crewe company is celebrating its new starters who have joined the team, bringing on nine new employees.

Since November 2022, Swansway Motor Group's Crewe-based Jaguar retailer has welcomed a large number of new recruits.

This started with diagnostic technician, Scott Hough, who joined in November 2022.

Since November 2022, Swansway Motor Group's Crewe-based Jaguar retailer has welcomed a large number of new recruits (Nub News).

Attracted to Jaguar by the prestige the brand holds, Scott is loving his work and is keen to see where his career at Swansway takes him.

He said: "I had only ever heard good things about working at Swansway and those things are certainly true.

"Since joining, I have been enrolled on so many training courses, it is great to know that the team care about my career progression".

Parts advisor, Christopher Brock and technician, Harry Rawlinson, joined the team this February.

Harry originally joined the Swansway family during his apprenticeship at Crewe SEAT, before moving around a few businesses locally.

Swansway Jaguar Crewe is located on Beswick Drive (Nub News).

Excited to bring his skills back to Swansway, Harry is getting stuck into his new role, building a career for himself, and gaining his qualifications as he goes along.

In March and April, accounts assistant, Anna Meklova and digital merchandiser, Skye Ross, joined the team.

Skye is enjoying working alongside the wider team to help deliver the best work she can.

In May, sales administrator, Melissa Pinson and driver, Lawrence Ibbotson, become the newest faces in Swansway Jaguar Crewe.

Melissa was delighted when she landed the role of sales administrator at Swansway Jaguar Crewe.

She said: "I'm really enjoying the role and learning new skills each day, I'm already becoming more independent in the role, learning as much as possible along the way."

The team have recently welcomed Josh Horner back to the Swansway family.

Josh initially joined Swansway's Motor Match Stafford team in May 2021, and after a brief time away from the business, has joined the team at Jaguar.

Finally, the team welcomed Amin Rahman, moving from retail support executive based at the group's Crewe-based head-office to a service advisor.

With a background in customer service, this was a natural next step for Amin to take in his career with Swansway Motor Group.

Swansway Motor Group is offering a wide range of roles across its four Crewe dealerships (Swansway Motor Group).

Swansway told Nub News it is delighted to see both old and new faces join the Jaguar Crewe team, wishing them all the best in their new roles.

As a major employer in the Cheshire East area, Swansway is offering a wide range of roles across its four Crewe dealerships. Check out jobs HERE.
