No experience is necessary, as full training is provided

Job Description

As a dispatcher at My Cab, you will be responsible for taking bookings over the phone and dispatching the bookings to the drivers available. It is your responsibility to ensure a timely and efficient service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Answering the phone calls and taking the bookings from customers.

Providing excellent customer service and referring to the manager on matters

Using a data system to input and dispatch bookings.

Prioritising important bookings, whilst keeping on time with all other bookings.

Dispatching work to the closest drivers

Updating information given, where relevant
