About the Role
We are seeking two Systems Technicians to support multiple projects aimed at streamlining the integration of new systems. The roles will ensure systems are fit for purpose, maximize functionality, and improve operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for regular updates, system testing, and providing guidance to departments to simplify processes and enhance ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for core organizational systems.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand system requirements and provide improvement guidance.
- Assist in the research, specification, design, implementation, testing, and management of new or updated modules.
- Develop user acceptance testing schedules for upgrades.
- Oversee system reviews, patches, updates, and upgrades, coordinating with third parties and teams to manage downtime.
Requirements
- Level 4/5 qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant IT professional qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Proven experience in systems integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical IT issues.
- Ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical audiences.
