Salary: £30,881 to £34,745 per annumContract Type: Fixed term staff cover until February 2026 or the return of member of staff (whichever occurs first)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Working across all campuses (Crewe, Chester and Ellesmere Port)
This role will lead on the delivery and management of the Career Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) provision. Working across the College and collaboratively to promote and embed CEIAG in all areas of provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day leadership in the development and delivery of CEIAG;
Advise the senior leadership team on policy, strategy and resources for CEIAG;Contribute and shape the College's contribution in achieving external quality standards;
Prepare, implement and quality assure the CEIAG provision;Prepare, review and analyse statistical reports; and
Establish and develop links with key external partners and stakeholders to support CEIAG provision.Key Person Specification Requirements:
Level 3 qualification;
Valid full driving licence;A management style that motivates and inspires others to achieve outstanding results at pace with exceptional results;
Experience of managing quality processes and procedures to secure improvements and high achievements;A proven record of exceptional networking and relationship building with schools, employers and other stakeholders;
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills; andEnhanced DBS check.
