Senior Site Manager (Freelance 6 Months)

Location: Crewe Contract: Freelance, 5 Months Start Date: January 2025 Rate: Competitive

We are seeking a skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team for a 5-month freelance role on an exciting project in Crewe.

About the Role:

As the Senior Site Manager, you will take the lead on-site operations, overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure smooth delivery. From coordinating internal fit-out activities to managing external works, you will play a pivotal role in achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors across internal and external works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Manage schedules, ensuring timely progress and mitigating delays.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor health and safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior site management role with expertise in both internals (fit-out) and externals (landscaping, facades, groundwork, etc.).
  • Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification are required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Crewe
