Our Retail Support Executives will report to our Contact Centre Team Managers. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for our customers for everything Aftersales! From booking in Services and MOT's to arranging Service Plans, free vehicle health checks and product campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you should have a willing, "can do" outlook. Individually driven but also sees the importance of overall team success. You will be an expert listener, taking time to understand the customers needs and then be the expert on what the best service would be for them and make it all happen.

When you are not taking inbound calls from our lovely customers, you'll be calling out to them to remind them that their vehicle is due some TLC in the form of a Service or MOT.

You will work within a small team with brand / site dedication to ensure that you are able to talk with confidence about the process that the customer will experience in our network.

More about you

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in any setting

Self motivated and target driven

You will need to understand the importance of team working and have great interpersonal skills

Experience in working in the motor industry would be advantageous but by no means essential

Comfortable in a fast paced, ever evolving environment where things change quickly dependant on market conditions

Outstanding organisation skills

You want to be part of a class leading, winning team

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.

We're expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don't stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.

But, it's not what we do that makes us the company we are, it's how we do it; it's our family heritage that sets us apart, with the Smyth family playing a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business; we genuinely care about our customers and our Swansway family and that makes us a great place to work.
