- High levels of administration experience and management experience.
- Experienced using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- You will be proactive, taking pride in all aspects of your work and will have a driven and self-motivated nature.
- The ideal candidate must also be extremely organised and have excellent self-management skills to manage their own workflow on a day to day basis.
- Work to the highest standards of quality.
- Dealing with new and existing clients, and establishing needs and providing exceptional standards of service, maintain their site records and customer folders.
- Dealing with all aspects of recruitment from monitoring job adverts, contacting applicants and booking in interviews. Dealing with new and existing employees with any issues or queries.
- Overseeing the administration of new starters into the business and overseeing the administration of leavers of the business.
- Ensuring all systems and spreadsheets are kept up to date and accurate.
- Organize and supervise office activities i.e. (Cleaning of the office, ensuring washing of towels, bins being emptied, ordering of any stationary. Ensuring visitors are signed in/out).
- Covering for the HR & Administration Manger when on holiday or absent.
