£27,000 per annum based on 40 hours.

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking? We are seeking proactive and efficient Office Administrator to join a warm and friendly team at their office based on the outskirts of Nantwich. Playing an important role in the back office function and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day running, from managing administrative tasks to providing essential support to various departments, you will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room setup, and preparation of necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Order processing; Credit/Delivery notes, raising PO's etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
