Two taken to hospital following 1.30am house blaze in Crewe

Two people are in hospital for smoke inhalation following a serious house blaze in Crewe over the weekend, within the Coppenhall area.
On Sunday 1 June, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to an incident on Lingfield Drive, off McLaren Street.
Around 1.34am, Two fire engines from Crewe arrived at the scene, discovering a semi-detached house well-alight.

Crewe firefighters used two hose reel jets to put out the flames, with everyone inside the property accounted for.
North West Ambulance Service supported the occupants for smoke inhalation, taking two to hospital.
Firefighters also checked the neighbouring property for signs of fire spread and smoke.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews were called to a fire in a semi-detached house in Crewe.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Once extinguished, a high-pressure fan was used to ventilate the property of smoke.

"The neighbouring property was also checked for signs of fire spread and smoke.
"All persons were accounted for, and two people were taken to hospital by paramedics for smoke inhalation."
