A "speedy and reliable" Crewe construction company nearing 20 years of trading, is actively seeking to support more local businesses with their maintenance.

Construction Linx, based at Unit 8, Crewe Hall Enterprise Park, began trading in 2005 and currently employs 15 staff.

Managed by Gareth Williams and Debbie Owen, Construction Linx offers a wide variety of services across Crewe, the Midlands and the North West.

Construction Linx recently made changes to its lead managerial roles, with Gareth Williams being CEO (Nub News).

This includes building services, electrical services, landscape services, plumbing services, roofing services and industrial/cleaning and environmental services.

Mr Williams told Nub News: "We believe it's always 'good to know' a company you can rely on.

"Here at Construction Linx, we offer a speedy and reliable service.

"We cover all areas from reactive works and scheduled maintenance plans to projects and refurbishments.

Construction Linx offers a wide variety of services across Crewe, the Midlands and the North West (Ryan Parker).

For the "benefit" of the business going forward, Construction Linx recently made changes to its lead managerial roles.

This saw Gareth assume the role of CEO, with Debbie becoming the company's shareholder and managing director.

Gareth said: "Our core values here are 'dependable,' 'driven' and 'dynamic.'

Construction Linx mostly works with schools and factories, aiming to improve the conditions for everyone working in such environments (Nub News).

"Those three words are the ethos of how the business was built almost 20 years ago.

"Debbie is certainly dependable, she has always stepped up to the plate and I have full faith she will do so in her new role.

"There is a massive need for the work we do. Things are happening all the time that require maintenance and repairs.

Construction Linx has become the preferred contractor for estates managements operators, such as the Strutt & Parker, Fisher German, Cheshire Police and Cheshire NHS Estates departments.

It also carried out a building extensions at a number of local schools, including Crewe's Gainsborough Primary School and Sandbach's Elworth Primary School.

Debbie told Nub News: "We mostly work with schools and factories and aim to improve the conditions for everyone working in such environments.
