Police have confirmed a missing teenager from Crewe has been found safe and well.

The 13-year-old had been missing from Wednesday 4 May in Nutfield Road area of Crewe.

The teenager resides in Crewe but is known to have had a number of links to the Winsford area.

Inspector Stephen Hill had said: "Officers have been searching for Jamie for a number of days and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

"I would urge anyone who thinks that they may have seen him since he went missing to get in touch.

"The same goes for anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of him since he disappeared as this may help us find him.

"I would also appeal directly to Jamie to contact us to let us know that you are safe and well."

Cheshire Police officers had been searching for Jamie for a number of days. (Cheshire Constabulary).

Thankfully the teenager has been found this afternoon (May 7) and he is okay.
