Now May is upon us, the weather is gradually picking up. Hot weather could even be joining us this weekend with Saturday and Sunday predicted sunny days with warmer temperatures.

There is plenty to do around Crewe this weekend from Friday all the way through to Sunday.

Queens Park will be fun in the sun this weekend.

Remember you can have a go on the paddle boats in the lake. The park's restaurant is now open until 5pm with the park open until 7:30pm.

Crewe Market Hall has quickly turned itself into a community hub, packed with events.

The musical duo will be performing at Crewe Market Hall this Friday (May 6).

Jericho Duo are popular across Cheshire, Merseyside and further afield.

The group will be hoping you all come down for a 'boogie' and enjoy some food and drink from the market hall stalls.

The free event starts at 8pm. Crewe Market Hall is open until 11pm with new eatery Jimmy's Mexican (Case Mexica) under new management.

The group are back by popular demand at the Crewe venue this weekend.

Afterglow are a rock band that know how to rock out and have a laugh.

The band are popular around all Crewe venues and guarantee a high-energy performance.

Sunday - Risky Business @ The Raven

Risky Business will be performing at The Raven this Sunday (May 8).

Risky Business will be performing at The Raven pub, Brookhouse Drive this Sunday (May 8).

The popular local group will be making a return to the Crewe pub at 7:30pm.

Risky Business are a collaboration of Stoke-based bands The HitMen and The Mystrons.

The four-piece will bring a high-energy set and perform 80's dance and soft rock throughout the evening.

  • 50s and 60s rock and roll group, Pink Cadillac will be performing at The Cosey Club, Haslington this Friday (May 6). The band lives for the fact that Rock-n-Roll will never go away - the boys are back in Crewe.
  • Cheshire guitarist Dan Toft will be performing at Crewe Market Hall this Saturday (May 7). The solo singer will be covering a wide range of artists like Bryan Adam, Micheal Bublé and Chris Rea to name some. For more information click HERE.
  • Also at Crewe Market Hall this weekend is local musician Henry Myles on Sunday (May 8). Henry will be singing pop covers from the likes of Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi as well as performing his own material. The event starts at 4pm.
