A South Cheshire estate agent found herself behind the camera when she went to film an episode for the hit BBC One property auction series 'Homes Under the Hammer '.

Stephenson Browne's Sandbach branch manager, Belle Smith, is usually out valuing properties or talking to sellers and buyers.

Recently, however, she was drafted in to do some filming for a property in Crewe sold in an on-line auction. More details about Stephenson Browne's Crewe properties can be found here

"It's got great potential. I've appeared on 'Homes Under the Hammer' before so I knew what to expect," said Belle, based at the High Street branch of Stephenson Browne.

"The property is in Franklyn Avenue, Crewe. It's a three-bedroom semi which needs work but has great potential."

Belle will be going back to do more filming once the property has been renovated when she will then be asked to value it and talk about the changes.

"It is quite exciting doing the filming and I'm looking forward to going back and seeing the finished version," she said.

'Homes Under the Hammer' is presented by Martin Roberts with co-presenters Martel Maxwell and Dion Dublin.
