Crewe business celebrates local success with 100 years of combined property expertise

A Crewe estate agents is celebrating its award-winning success, backed by a team with more than 100 years of combined experience.
Stephenson Browne, Nantwich Road, says its strength lies in its people, with a close-knit Crewe-based team bringing decades of local property knowledge to buyers and sellers across the town.
Branch Manager, Kirsty Smith, starts each day with a team strategy meeting, reviewing recent successes and planning ahead.
Everyone has a clear role, with JJ looking after property measurements and listings, while India leads most property viewings with support from part-time viewer Rosalyn.
Kirsty carries out valuations alongside Gail and Georgia, with Sales Negotiator Bryony keeping deals moving from the office.
Remote Sales Progressor, Denise adds another 30 years of industry experience to the team.
Kirsty said: "We're all property nerds. We absolutely love what we do. We all play to our strengths and work intuitively together."
That teamwork was recognised earlier this year when the Crewe branch was named Best in Postcode (CW2) at the 2026 ESTAS Awards.
The team says its role goes far beyond buying and selling homes.
As well as helping first-time buyers and investors, staff regularly support families through sensitive bereavement sales.
Kirsty said every move is different and that listening to clients is just as important as securing the sale.
While winning instructions and industry awards remains important, Stephenson Browne believes its continued success comes down to one thing, a trusted local team working together for its customers.
