Crewe food business expands into shops across Cheshire and beyond
By Ryan Parker 20th Oct 2026
A rapidly growing Crewe food preparation business is expanding its reach, with its meals now stocked at shops, gyms and fitness centres across Cheshire and beyond.
Prep-D, founded by Willaston-based Andy Bradshaw during the Covid-19 lockdowns, has added a growing list of stockists as it continues to build its business.
The company prepares premium ready meals, including high-protein options, with customers able to buy its products from a range of local retailers and fitness venues.
In Crewe, Prep-D meals are available at the Wistaston Road Prep-D Shop, Area51, Marshfield Bank, CWONE CrossFit, Underwood Lane Business Park and ABC Boxing Club, Mirion Street.
Haslington customers can find the meals at Morrisons Local, Waterloo Road, while Nantwich stockists include Bargain Booze, Barony Road, Globe PT, The Gullet and DUECE, Hospital Street.

Customers in Whitchurch can find the meals at Fusion Fitness and Costcutter.
The business has also expanded into other towns and villages, with Congleton meals available at Fierce CrossFit, while Winsford stockists include BodyTech, SPAC3 Fitness and Your Local.
Delamere Stores has joined the network in Delamere, while Stoke stockists include One Stop Packmore and Barmy Bill Knotton.
Go Local in Newcastle-under-Lyme has also joined the list, alongside Coffee Club in Warrington.
The expansion marks another step forward for the business, which began when Andy started cooking for neighbours during the pandemic.
As demand grew, he built a dedicated kitchen at his home before taking on the former Longman's Family Butchers site on Crewe's Wistaston Road.
The larger premises allowed Prep-D to increase its production space and launch a shop and café, which opened in February 2026.
The site offers pre-ordered meal collections alongside freshly prepared grab-and-go food, coffee and a breakfast and lunch menu.
Prep-D's meals include its Macros' menu focused on portion-controlled meals, with nutritional information for customers tracking calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats.
Customers can also order through the Prep-D app, with collection and UK delivery options available.
Prep-D is now on target to hit 5,000 meals a week going into 2027. You can apply to be a stockest HERE.
