Friday - Stone Roses Vs Oasis @ The Arena

Stone Roses vs Oasis is live at The Arena on Friday 10 October (The Arena).

Get ready to jump into the time machine and blast back to the golden era of the iconic 90s anthems with Stone Roses vs Oasis live at The Arena on Friday 10 October.

The Absolute Stone Roses are crashing into The Arena with a sonic storm of Madchester magic, swagger, and that unmistakable Stone Roses spirit.

From the shimmering guitars of Waterfall to the thunder of I Am the Resurrection, they will bring the sound, the soul, and the attitude that defined a generation

Oasis Forever are the tribute for die-hard fans of the brothers from Burnage. From "Supersonic" to "Don't Look Back In Anger," they bring that raw Oasis attitude to the stage like no other.

This is more than a gig, it is a full-on nostalgia trip. A celebration of the sounds, styles, and singalongs that defined a generation.

The Arena will have you dancing like it's 1995. This event runs from 7.30pm until 2am. For tickets click HERE.

Crewe's Oli NG is live at Tom's Tap and Brewhouse on Saturday 11 October (Oli NG).

Crewe's Oli NG is live at Tom's Tap and Brewhouse on Saturday 11 October.

Oli's songs are often described as giving a positive take on some of life's challenges.

He has performed across the UK and Europe, sharing stages with various acts including Tom Robinson, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly., Steve Ignorant (Crass), and Neville Staple of The Specials.

His notable works include the "Into The Dark" EP, which won 'Best EP' at the Staffordshire & Cheshire Music Awards in 2017, and his debut album, "Everything Is Impossible Until It Happens," was released on April 7, 2023.

Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start. Admission is pay what you can (cash on door). Tom's Tap suggests a donation of at least £5 to cover the artist's expenses.

Sunday - Ardal O'Hanlon @ Crewe Lyceum Theatre

Irish comedian and actor Ardal O'Hanlon is live at Crewe Lyceum on Sunday 12 October (Crewe Lyceum).

Irish comedian and actor Ardal O'Hanlon is live at Crewe Lyceum on Sunday 12 October.

After an alarming experience at the supermarket, Ardal reflects on who he is as a man and a comedian. He examines his own ethnic and religious background. And thinks twice about the very core of his identity as a voice of reason.

No current idiocy is left un-examined. With a highly developed sense of the ridiculous, and proper comedy bones, NOT HIMSELF, is a testament to the healing power of humour. And the joy of jokes.

Ardal starred as DU Jack Mooney in Death In Paradise and played Thomas Kincade Brannigan in David Tennant's Doctor Who episode 'Gridlock' in 2007.

Recommended for ages 16 plus. This event starts at 8pm. For tickets click HERE.
