A new Crewe food business is "delighted" with its growing popularity, serving a diverse menu of "restaurant quality", home-cooked meals.
Amaka's Fine Food Fusion, Coppicemere Drive, launched this April, showcasing the flavours of different cultures, including Nigerian, Asian and Turkish dishes.
Operated by Amaka Lawton, of Wistaston, founder of Alpha Omega Women Peace Security (WPS) Foundation, the business offers delivery within a 10-mile radius.
With a new food truck launched on Crewe Business Park this October, Amaka's offers catering for events and activities.
Amaka told Nub News: "The whole idea behind this business is to create healthy, restaurant quality food, prepared like home-cooked meals..
"We try to blend different cuisines from different places, introducing people to parts of the world they have never been.
"Amaka's Fine Food Fusion aims to create that bond between different cultures and breaks down walls to enhance diversity and inclusion.
"We have been going from strength-to-strength and I am really delighted about that.
"Our new food truck, which can be found on Crewe Business Park, was launched this October and is available to hire for activities and events.
"By doing more corporate catering and events catering, it is giving us different avenues to meet different kinds of people.
"The beauty of this allows us to curate each menu to suit each event's and each client's taste, whether that is more European, African or Asian dishes."
Open six days a week, Amaka's is available to order via its website, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.
Serving a variety of authentic dishes, the Crewe business has a number of popular items.
Amaka said: "Our jollof of rice is 100 per cent our most popular dish, it has grown in popularity internationally and is such a tasty meal.
"This is followed by Asun, which is goat cooked in mixed peppers and spices. It really is fantastic and goes with jollof rice, chips, fried rice and even wraps.
"Our third most popular is our whole grilled fish, with seabass and catfish available.
"It is coated in fresh peppers, onions, ginger, authentic seasonings and comes with a side of fried plantain, another globally popular dish.
"We also sides hot and cold drinks and desserts, including carrot cake, chocolate orange cake and cheesecake.
"We are keeping it simple for now with those three for now with a chance of menu expansion.
"Soon we will be launching a campaign where our customers can create a platter and tell us what they want. Through that we may introduce more desserts."
The Crewe mum added: "Amaka's Fine Food Fusion is worth trying because it is tourism on a plate. Our food is not only appealing to the eyes, but helps you to discover things you have never heard of.
"All of our food is healthy, nothing is processed. Everything is cooked from scratch and we understand the importance of our customers eating quality food.
"We deliver within a 10-mile radius for a small fee, depending on how far. We also sell through Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
"We all speak one language, which is food. We can build friendships by trying meals from different cultures. Diversity and inclusion is cemented within our ethos."
Amaka's is open 11am to 9pm (Monday to Friday) and 5pm to 9pm (Saturday).
