Swansway Motor Group has appointed Oliver Bradshaw as business manager at Crewe Audi, with Katrina Lawton returning to Crewe Audi as transaction manager.
Oliver joined Swansway in 2010 and throughout the past 14 years has repeatedly demonstrated his knowhow and strong organisational attributes during roles as a sales executive at Crewe Audi and Crewe Volkswagen.
Since 2010, Oliver has gained skills which will hold him in good stead for the business management role, a position he aspired to since first joining the business.
Oliver told Nub News: "I have loved working with a brilliant team at Crewe Audi for a good while now and it's brilliant to be able to further my career while working alongside a great team.
"The business manager role at Crewe Audi is something I've always wanted.
"The Audi brand carries such prestige, and I can't wait to begin putting things into action and putting smiles on customers' faces."
Katrina Lawton returns to the business in the role of transaction manager, having initially worked as a retention specialist between January 2022 and April 2023.
A natural leader, Katrina harboured ambitions of a management role which initially led her elsewhere.
However, once the transaction manager role became available in October 2023, Katrina was the obvious candidate for the position.
She said: "I was really excited by the opportunity to return to Swansway in a management position.
"I really enjoyed working here first time around and couldn't miss out on an opportunity to return and work with brilliant people."
As well as work with good people, Katrina expects to create smoother, quicker processes throughout the Crewe Audi site, supporting Sales teams and creating the best possible customer experiences.
During 22 years in the Motortrade Industry, Katrina has developed a wealth of knowledge which she will impart upon the site as they continue to hit the high standards, they set themselves.
Swansway told Nub News it eagerly anticipates the impact both Oliver and Katrina will have on the Crewe Audi dealership throughout 2024.
