Police deployed following mass brawl at Crewe Railway Station

British Transport Police are investigating after people were injured in a mass brawl at Crewe Railway Station, taking place over the weekend.

On Saturday 8 March, officers received reports of a serious incident on Platform 5.

Around 9.30pm, police swarmed the station, with multiple officers deployed to manage the fight involving a large group of people.

Officers broke up the fight with paramedics on scene to give treatment to those injured.

British Transport Police continue to investigate the incident.

A spokesperson told Nub News: "Officers were called to reports of a fight between a group of people at Crewe Railway Station at around 9.30pm on Saturday 8 March.

"Officers and paramedics attended, the incident is currently being investigated."
