Land at Newton Street has been listed £10,000, with the auction date set for 10am on Thursday 30 July.
Marketed by BTG Eddisons, this freehold site is sized at 162 square metres.
Just across the road from Crewe town centre, the land is opposite Crewe UTC's Frances Webb Building.
A description of the site reads: "A regular shaped freehold site extending to approximately 162 Sq.M (193 Sq.Yds) situated within easy walking distance of Crewe town centre.
"The site may be suitable for alternative uses subject to any necessary consents or approvals and is sold subject to any existing rights that may exist.
