Plans to convert Crewe Victorian house into flats

Plans have been submitted to convert a Victorian terraced house in Crewe South into two separate flats, with a decision set for this spring.
In January, applicant, Mr. Salim Ullah, applied for the conversation of a traditional Victorian terrace into two independent dwellings at 184 Walthall Street.
Currently, the house's ground floor is made up of a hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, toilet and store room.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the new plans, the ground floor would be converted into a one-bedroom flat with a hall, lounge, kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
The first floor would be also converted into a one-bedroom flat comprising a lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Eight neighbouring addresses have been notified of Mr Ullah's plans.
The last date for submitting comments on the application is Friday 7 March with a target decision date of Monday 7 April.
