Currently, this 0.078 hectare plot of land behind 64 Bradfield Road is used for Window Wizard Ltd.

It is proposed the business will cease trading from this location, replaced by the new housing development.

The primary access point into the development will be via the existing access, off Bradfield Road.

Plans show a storage area for general waste, recycling bins and green waste, within each of the three private garden areas.

Bin collection points will be located at the end of the private driveway so no bin lorries have to enter the site.

The primary access point into the development will be via the existing access, off Bradfield Road (Cheshire East Planning).

There are no existing trees or ecological issues affected by the proposals.

A design and access statement from Ellis Hillman Partnership reads: "The development will make a substantial positive contribution to the character and environment at land to the rear of 64 Bradfield Road.

"It provides the opportunity to develop a high quality sustainable scheme which follows all the current principles of urban design.

"The proposal has taken into account the design considerations of the surrounding areas and existing site.

"It is considered sympathetic to the character and appearance of the surrounding development area, creating a community with a sense of place."

Window Wizard Ltd will cease trading from 64 Bradfield Road to make way for the new residentia development (Ryan Parker).

The last date for submitting comments on the application is Wednesday 21 February, with a target decision date of Tuesday 26 March.
