Plans for new apartments above Crewe town centre bank

Plans have been submitted for a new apartments development in Crewe town centre, located above a bank and barbers.
This February, applicant, Mr. Osman Marouf, submitted prior approval for the change of use from office use to self-contained apartments at the first floor of 1 Delamere Street/The Square.
The applicant wants to convert office space above NatWest and Figaro's Barbers into four one-bed apartments, each with a living room, kitchen and shower room.

Currently, the first floor is made up of nine office rooms, a kitchen, store room, restroom and male and female toilets, with the entrance from the car park at the rear.
Mr. Marouf has notified 3-5 Delamere Street and 35-37 Market Street of the proposals.
The last date for submitting comments on the application is Wednesday 19 March, with a target decision date of Thursday 10 April.
